How earning, cashing out, duels and memberships actually work.
Getting started
Does it cost anything to join?
No. Creating an account is free and stays free. You can play every game, enter duels and contests, earn points and cash out without ever paying us anything. There is an optional paid membership that adds extras, but nothing about earning is behind it.
How old do I have to be?
You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher.
Do I have to give you anything to sign up?
An email address and a username. That is it to get started. Verification details are only requested if and when you cash out, and only where we are required to ask.
Can I try it before signing up?
Yes — there is a playable level of Prism Breaker on the home page. No account, no email, just play it.
Earning
What are points?
Points are the platform currency. You earn them by playing, competing and completing partner offers, and you redeem them for cryptocurrency.
What is a point worth?
The rate is not fixed. Points are backed by what the platform actually earns, and the exchange rate is recalculated and published from real revenue rather than set arbitrarily. Your current rate and what your balance is worth are shown on your dashboard.
Do you pay me to click ads?
No, and we never will. There is no paid-to-click and no reward for viewing an advertisement. Rewards come from playing games, winning matches, and completing genuine offers from our partners.
What are passive earnings?
A share of platform profit distributed back to active members across five divisions. Which division you land in depends on your activity, and payouts are graded within a division so steady participation is worth more than one big burst.
An offer did not credit. What now?
Offer completions are confirmed by the partner network, not by us, and some take a while — occasionally a day or more. If one has not landed after that, open a support ticket with the offer name, the network, the time you completed it and any confirmation you were given, and we will chase it.
Cashing out
How do I get paid?
Through cryptocurrency currently! We are working on adding Faucetpay, Wise and more!
Is there a minimum?
Yes, there is a minimum points balance for a withdrawal. The current figure is shown on the redeem page, since it can be adjusted.
How long does a withdrawal take?
Withdrawals are reviewed before they are sent. Most go out quickly; larger ones or anything that trips a fraud check may take longer while a person looks at it.
Why was my withdrawal rejected?
Usually a wrong or unverified FaucetPay address, or a balance built up in a way that breaks the rules — multiple accounts, or automated play. If you think a rejection was wrong, open a ticket and we will look properly. Rejected withdrawals return the points to your balance.
Games and duels
What is a duel?
A head-to-head match. Both players get the identical board from a shared seed, so nobody gets an easier draw, and the higher score takes a prize funded by the house. You are not staking your points — a duel costs a duel token, and those are free.
Where do duel tokens come from?
You get a free allowance, and paid members get more. Free-tier tokens refresh daily.
What is Rush mode?
A Prism Breaker duel variant. Instead of five levels, the wall marches down at you in one unbroken wave that never stops and speeds up the longer you last. Losing the ball is free — being crushed ends your run on the spot. Highest score wins.
Can I play on my phone?
Yes. The games are built to work with touch, and the Battle Board has its own mobile layout.
Can I use a bot or a script?
No. Automated play is the fastest way to lose an account and any balance on it. We detect it, and we do act on it.
Membership
What does paying actually get me?
More duel tokens, better duel prize brackets, and an advertising package on the platform. A membership is also an ad package — the two are the same purchase.
Do I need it to earn?
No. Free accounts earn from everything and cash out normally.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Your tier runs until the end of the period you have paid for and then reverts to free.
Account and safety
Can I have more than one account?
No — one account per person. Multiple accounts to farm referrals, duel prizes or passive earnings will get all of them closed.
How do I keep my account safe?
Turn on two-factor authentication. It takes a minute and it is the single most useful thing you can do, because an account with a balance on it is worth stealing.
How do I delete my account and my data?
Open a support ticket and ask. See the Privacy Policy for what we hold and what we have to keep.
Something is broken. Where do I report it?
Open a ticket — tell us what you did, what happened and what you expected. Bug reports genuinely do get fixed.
