1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) and BizzyNet LLC, located at 2237 Jewell Ln #17, Redding, CA 96001 (“Company,” “BizzyNet,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), governing your access to and use of AdBuxPro.com (“AdBuxPro,” “Site,” or “Service”).

By accessing, registering for, or using AdBuxPro in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, you must immediately discontinue use of the Service.

2. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old to use AdBuxPro.

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

• You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract
• You are not prohibited from using online services under applicable law
• All information you provide is accurate and truthful

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that do not meet eligibility requirements.

3. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

AdBuxPro is a game-first platform that combines strategy gameplay with optional membership features and optional advertiser services. The Service may include, but is not limited to:

• Gameplay systems (including progression, research, upgrades, raids, wars, and property interactions)
• Leaderboards, seasons, events, challenges, and other competitive or community features
• Optional memberships that may provide benefits such as convenience features, boosts, limits, or access to certain options
• Optional advertiser tools that may allow users or businesses to purchase ad space or promotional placements
• Optional rewards activities and site interactions that may grant points (where available and applicable)

Important clarification: Any interaction with ads or media on the Service (where offered) is an optional activity and is not a paid action by you. You are not required to purchase anything to use the Service, play the game, or participate in gameplay features.

All features are subject to change at any time.

4. ACCOUNTS & SECURITY

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activity conducted through your account
• Immediately notifying us of unauthorized access

You may not:

• Create multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage
• Share, sell, or transfer accounts
• Use bots, scripts, automation, or exploits

Violation may result in suspension or permanent termination.

5. POINTS, VIRTUAL ASSETS, MEMBERSHIPS, AND ADVERTISING

5.1 Two Separate Point Systems

AdBuxPro may use more than one type of points. For clarity, points are separated into:

• Game Points (GP): points used for gameplay mechanics such as research, upgrades, troops, properties, actions, and other in-game systems. Game Points are part of the game experience and are not redeemable for cash.
• Redeemable / Member Rewards Points (RP): points (if offered and earned under eligible conditions) that may be eligible for redemption through the Site’s redemption features. Redeemable points are subject to eligibility rules, limits, verification requirements, anti-fraud checks, and the Service’s policies. Not all users, regions, activities, or accounts may qualify.

We may display balances separately, convert between systems in limited circumstances (if offered), or impose different rules for each type of point.

5.2 No Monetary Value for Game Points and Virtual Assets

All gameplay-related points and assets, including but not limited to Game Points, virtual currency, virtual items, research, troops, properties, upgrades, and any gameplay status or progression:

• Have NO cash value
• Are not real currency
• Are non-transferable
• Are revocable licenses, not property

Game Points and gameplay assets do not represent ownership, equity, or financial rights.

5.3 Redeemable Points (If Offered) Are Conditional

If the Service offers redeemable points, redemption is not guaranteed and may be denied or delayed for compliance, fraud prevention, security, or policy reasons. Redeemable points and redemption features (including thresholds, limits, availability, and supported regions) may change at any time.

5.4 Memberships

AdBuxPro may offer optional paid memberships. Memberships may provide benefits such as convenience features, boosts, limits, or access to certain options. Membership benefits, pricing, and availability may change at any time. Memberships do not grant ownership rights in the Service and do not guarantee gameplay outcomes.

5.5 Advertising / Purchasing Ad Space

The Service may offer optional advertising tools that allow users or businesses to purchase ad space, promotional placements, or related services. Advertising purchases are separate from gameplay systems. We reserve the right to approve, reject, remove, or restrict ads or promotions for any reason, including policy, compliance, quality, or user safety.

5.6 Adjustments, Resets, and Enforcement

We reserve the right to:

• Adjust balances (including Game Points or Redeemable Points)
• Reset seasons or gameplay
• Remove points or assets obtained unfairly or in violation of these Terms
• Modify reward structures, eligibility rules, or redemption policies

These actions may occur without compensation.

6. GAMEPLAY, RAIDS, & COMPETITION

AdBuxPro includes competitive systems such as raids, wars, hostile actions, and other player-vs-player or player-vs-environment mechanics.

You acknowledge that:

• Losses, penalties, or outcomes are part of gameplay
• Randomized mechanics, odds, balancing, or variance may apply
• No gameplay outcome is guaranteed

We are not responsible for perceived unfairness, losses, or strategic outcomes.

7. PROHIBITED CONDUCT

You agree NOT to:

• Exploit bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities
• Manipulate leaderboards, points, or systems
• Use VPNs, proxies, or tools to bypass restrictions
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Upload malicious code or content
• Reverse engineer or attempt to access backend systems
• Attempt to circumvent anti-fraud, KYC, identity verification, or security checks

Violations may result in immediate termination without warning.

8. KYC / IDENTITY VERIFICATION (VERIFF)

To help prevent fraud and to comply with legal or payment-related requirements, we may require identity verification (“KYC”) for certain features, including but not limited to redemptions, higher limits, suspicious activity reviews, account recovery, or other risk-based checks.

If verification is required, we may use a third-party provider such as Veriff to conduct the verification process. By using redemption features or any feature that triggers verification, you agree to complete verification when requested.

• Verification requests may occur at any time based on risk signals, thresholds, or policy requirements.
• Failure to complete verification, or failure to pass verification, may result in restricted access to redemption features, delays, or denial of redemption.
• We do not control Veriff’s systems. Any data you submit during verification is handled by Veriff under their processes and policies, in addition to ours.
• We may require re-verification in certain cases (e.g., suspected fraud, account changes, or compliance needs).

9. ACCOUNT TERMINATION

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraud or abuse
• Exploits or automation
• Legal or security concerns
• Failure to complete required verification when requested for certain features

Upon termination:

• All points and virtual assets may be forfeited
• Membership access may be ended
• No refunds or compensation will be provided, except where required by law

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on AdBuxPro, including but not limited to:

• Code
• Designs
• Logos
• Game systems
• Mechanics
• Text and media

Is the exclusive property of BizzyNet LLC and protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

11. USER CONTENT

If you submit content (comments, feedback, suggestions):

• You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use it
• You represent that you have the right to submit such content
• We may remove content at our discretion

12. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.”

We make no warranties regarding:

• Availability or uptime
• Accuracy of gameplay systems, rewards systems, balances, or redemptions
• Error-free operation
• Security or data integrity

Use of the Service is at your own risk.

13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BizzyNet LLC shall not be liable for:

• Lost points or virtual assets
• Account suspensions or bans
• Gameplay losses
• Data loss
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our total liability shall not exceed $0 USD, as the Service provides no monetary guarantees.

14. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BizzyNet LLC from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any law or third-party rights

15. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS

We may modify these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

16. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
