Privacy Policy
What we collect, why we collect it, who else sees it, and how to get it removed.
Who we are
AdBuxPro operates this website. Our published contact route is below.
This policy covers AdBuxPro — the website, the games on it, and the accounts and balances that go with them. If you contact us about anything in this policy, use our contact page.
What we collect
What you give us
- Account details — email address, username, and a password we store only as a one-way hash. We never see or store your actual password.
- Optional profile details — name, date of birth, country, phone number, and anything you add to a public profile. These are optional unless a verification check needs them.
- Payout details — the FaucetPay address or account you ask us to send to.
- Identity documents — only if a verification check is required on a withdrawal, and only when we ask for it explicitly.
- Support messages — whatever you send us in a ticket.
- Survey answers — the interests you tell us about in the Daily Survey.
What we record automatically
- Technical details of your visits — IP address, browser user agent, and the time you signed in. We keep these against your account, largely to spot people running multiple accounts or automating play.
- Activity on the platform — games played, scores, duels, contests, points earned and spent, and every entry in your points ledger.
- An activity heartbeat — while you are signed in and using the site, your browser periodically tells us you are still active. This is how passive earnings eligibility is measured. It records that you were active, not what you were looking at.
- Advertising events — which advertisement was shown or clicked, so the advertiser can be billed correctly and so we can detect fake clicks.
- Security signals — automated checks that flag unusual sign-in patterns or scripted play.
Why we collect it
- To run your account, hold your balance and pay you when you withdraw.
- To make the games and competitions work, and to keep leaderboards honest.
- To detect fraud — multiple accounts, bots, forged scores and fake ad clicks. This is the reason we keep IP addresses and device details, and we are not going to pretend otherwise.
- To bill advertisers accurately and show them what their campaigns did.
- To answer your support tickets.
- To send you email that relates to your account. We will not sell your address on.
- To meet legal and tax obligations where they apply to us.
Who else sees your data
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only where it is needed to run the service:
- Offerwall partners — TimeWall, CPX Research and ayeT-Studios. When you open an offerwall we pass an identifier for your account so completions can be credited back to you. These partners run their own surveys and offers and collect their own data under their own privacy policies. Where a survey asks you personal questions, that is the partner asking, not us.
- FaucetPay — the payment processor we send withdrawals through. They receive what is needed to pay you.
- Our hosting provider, which stores the site and its database on our behalf.
- Advertisers — they receive aggregate campaign performance. They do not receive your identity.
- Authorities, where we are legally required to hand something over.
Advertising
AdBuxPro shows advertising, including our own advertisers' campaigns. Advertising is targeted using interest signals you volunteer in the Daily Survey — categories and keywords you told us you were interested in — rather than by tracking you across the web.
We do not pay you to view or click advertisements. Rewards on this platform come from playing games, winning matches, and completing genuine partner offers.
If we run a third-party advertising network on the site, that network may use cookies or similar technology to serve and measure ads, subject to its own privacy policy.
How long we keep things
- Account and balance records — while your account is open.
- Financial records — points ledger entries and withdrawals are kept after closure where we need them for accounting, dispute resolution or legal reasons.
- Fraud and security records — kept longer, because their whole purpose is to recognise someone coming back.
- Support tickets — kept so there is a history if an issue returns.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Ask for a copy of what we hold about you.
- Have inaccurate details corrected — most of this you can edit yourself in your profile.
- Ask us to delete your account and your data.
- Object to some processing, or ask us to restrict it.
- Withdraw consent where we relied on it.
To exercise any of these, open a support ticket or use the contact page. We may need to confirm who you are first, because handing an account's data to the wrong person is its own privacy failure.
Some records we cannot delete on request — financial and fraud records in particular. We will tell you what has been removed and what has been kept, and why.
Security
Passwords are stored hashed, never in plain text. The site is served over HTTPS. Two-factor authentication is available on every account and we strongly recommend turning it on — an account with a balance on it is worth stealing. Withdrawals are reviewed before they are sent.
No system is perfectly secure. If you find a vulnerability, please report it to us rather than using it, and we will treat the report seriously.
Children
AdBuxPro is not for children. You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under that age, and if we find we have, we delete the account and its data.
Changes to this policy
We will update this page when what we do changes, and the date at the top will change with it. If a change materially affects how your information is used, we will tell you rather than quietly editing the page.
