It's probably because you did not actually use uppercase text. It is case sensitive but there is also a bug present, if you type any text in the redeem coupon code box, it will always show as uppercase even if you didn't hit shift or capslock. You must make sure to actually type it uppercase on your keyboard if the code was uppercase, or simply copy paste the code and it should work. I have added the coupon to your account for you this time.
