Everything is visible completely fine. PTC ads are available to view.

Reason behind it may not show is due to your browser, i would suggest you to please remove any type of add blocker extension which may prevent to show you the ads, clear your browsing data and cookies, logout and login again, try with different browser, view the page in incognito mode.
