i am not able to get Rented referrals for which i lost 0.5 usd, on every day i find thet there is no rented referral availble. are you keeping RR for upgraded members only

the philosiphy of DR & RR is very complicated to understand. DR or RR are not available each and every time if a user wants to purchase. the philosophy is different from that of other sites.

What do you mean you lost?. Were you not able to rent one after the money got deducted? Then contact support. If you transferred the money to purchase balance and waiting for renting and considering it as a loss, then don't. Just wait a while. Keep checking through out the day, you should be able to find a referral in few days. For me I wait upto 10 days to get referral/recycle a referral. Also make sure you renew the referral for one year. Then only you will have any chance of breaking even.
