Getting referrals (for any webiste) that will be active is very difficult. But firstly, you can try with your friends (or any other persons that you have some sort of contact). That way you can have a nice talk with them and if they like the idea and join they might stay active on the website and you can help them and motivate them. The other good thing to try are forums with money making topics, there you can also discuss with people who are interested in this sort of websites.

Also keep in mind that Adbuxpro has nearly 50k members and it is getting more and more difficult to find someone who isnt already registered. Getting referrals for new websites is easier.
